Payment data processing

This is a policy on the processing of personal data when you pay for Premium access in your account on the website (article 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”). The terms of payment are in the public offer. Operator details are at the end of this page.

Operator

The operator of the personal data processed when you pay is an individual who uses the tax on professional income (a self-employed person) and accepts payment for Premium access. Referred to below as “we”. The details are at the end of this page, in the “Seller details” block. Send questions about data processing to mail@myportion.app.

Scope

This policy covers only the data processed when you pay in your account on the website: signing in to the account, the payment, opening access, the receipt, a refund and reminders that your access is ending. How we process the other data of the app is described in the Privacy Policy.

What data we process

  • The email address of your account.
  • Your name, if Apple or Google passed it on when you signed in.
  • The internal identifier of your account.
  • Payment details: invoice number, amount, paid period, date and time, payment status, link to the receipt.
  • The promo code you applied.

We do not receive your card details. You enter them on the Robokassa page, and they stay with Robokassa and your bank.

Why we process it

We process this data to conclude and perform the contract under the offer:

  • to open and extend your access to Premium after payment;
  • to issue and send a receipt;
  • to process a refund;
  • to answer your message to support;
  • to remind you 7, 3 and 1 day before your access ends.
  • Point 5 of part 1 of article 6 of Law 152-FZ: processing is necessary to perform a contract to which you are a party (the offer).
  • Point 2 of part 1 of article 6 of Law 152-FZ: processing is necessary to meet an obligation the law places on us: to issue a receipt (Federal Law No. 422-FZ of 27 November 2018).

For these purposes consent is not required, and we do not ask for it.

Who receives the data

  • Robokassa. Takes the payment and issues the receipt through its “Робочеки СМЗ” (“Robochecks for the self-employed”) service. It receives the payment number, the amount and the name of the service.
  • The Federal Tax Service, through the “Мой налог” (“My Tax”) service. It receives the receipt data.
  • Hosting and data-storage providers named in the Privacy Policy. The account page runs on their servers, and the database with the payment records is kept there.
  • Resend. An email-sending service: emails go out through it, including reminders that your access is ending.

Transfer outside Russia

The servers of the hosting, data-storage and email providers may be located outside Russia. So the data listed above (email address, name, payment details) may be stored and processed abroad.

How long we keep it

Payment records are kept as long as your account exists and are deleted with it. For bookkeeping, an anonymous record remains: amount, currency, period and invoice number, with no link to the account or the address. Receipts are kept in the “Мой налог” service for the periods set by tax law.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • find out what data about you we process and why;
  • ask us to correct, block or delete the data;
  • object to the processing;
  • complain about our actions to Roskomnadzor, the Russian data protection authority (rkn.gov.ru), or to a court.

To use these rights, write to mail@myportion.app. We will answer within the time Law 152-FZ sets: 10 working days.

How we protect the data

Your card details do not reach our servers: the payment takes place on the side of Robokassa and your bank. Access to payment data is restricted, and the connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The new version is published on this page with a new date.
